Red Bronco Carbon Fiber Build

A red four-door Bronco combining carbon-fiber flares, SVC Offroad bumpers, KC HiLiTES lighting, 37-inch tires, custom graphics and a fully tailored Katzkin leather interior.

Ford Bronco · Complete Build

Trail capability with carbon fiber and a tailored interior.

This red four-door Bronco soft top combines off-road equipment, functional lighting and 37-inch tires with carbon-fiber exterior components and an extensively customized leather interior.

The build was designed to retain the Bronco’s open-air character while giving it a more aggressive stance, additional trail capability and a level of interior finish not available from the factory.

Carbon Fiber and Exterior Details

Carbon-fiber fender flares add visual contrast against the red body while accommodating the Bronco’s wider wheel and tire package. Custom vinyl graphics reinforce the exterior theme without overwhelming the factory color.

The factory mirror caps were refinished in gloss black, adding another contrasting detail and visually connecting the mirrors to the carbon fiber, wheels and other dark exterior components.

Armor and Lighting

SVC Offroad front and rear bumpers provide the foundation for the Bronco’s exterior protection and recovery equipment.

KC HiLiTES lighting was integrated into the bumper system, with additional KC ditch lights positioned to improve peripheral visibility on the trail. The lighting package was planned as part of the vehicle rather than added as an afterthought.

Suspension, Wheels and Tires

A perch lift kit provides the additional clearance needed for the Bronco’s 37-inch tires. The tires are mounted on beadlock wheels, giving the vehicle a wider, more purposeful stance and supporting its off-road focus.

Suspension height, wheel fitment and tire clearance were considered together to create a package that looks proportionate and functions as a complete system.

Custom Katzkin Leather Interior

The interior received custom Katzkin leather seating along with a leather-wrapped center-console armrest. The upper and lower dashboard and door cards were also wrapped in leather with contrast stitching.

Selected dashboard components were painted to match the exterior, carrying the Bronco’s red finish into the cabin and connecting the interior color palette to the exterior design.

Built as One Vehicle

From the carbon-fiber flares and gloss-black exterior details to the stitched leather cabin, each element was selected to contribute to one cohesive build.

The completed Bronco balances off-road capability with a more refined, highly personalized interior—without losing the open-air appeal of the original soft-top platform.
