F-150 Lightning Secure Storage Upfit

Completed for a federal government customer, this Ford F-150 Lightning EV received an integrated bed-storage system designed to keep equipment organized, protected and securely contained.

01 / BED STORAGE

Organized and Easily Accessible.

A DECKED drawer-storage system was installed in the truck bed to provide organized, weather-resistant equipment storage. The full-length drawers allow frequently used tools and gear to remain accessible without occupying the cab.

02 / BED SECURITY

Lockable Exterior Protection.

A DiamondBack diamond-plate tonneau cover was fitted above the DECKED system, adding a strong, lockable barrier over the bed. Together, the two systems provide layered storage, security and protection suitable for fleet and field use.

03 / FLEET CAPABILITY

Purpose-Built for the Assignment.

This project demonstrates how electric fleet vehicles can be configured around specific operational requirements without compromising the utility expected from a full-size pickup.
