SSV Texas Project

Gulf Livery Bronco

A brand-new four-door Bronco transformed through a complete Gulf Blue and Orange color change, widebody conversion, suspension, wheels, lighting and custom saddle leather interior.

The ADV body components widened the Bronco’s stance while preserving a finished, intentional relationship between the body lines, suspension and wheel-and-tire package.

A Complete Gulf Livery Transformation

This four-door Ford Bronco arrived at our shop brand new and finished in factory dark blue. The goal was not simply to add graphics or accessories—it was to transform the entire vehicle using the same Gulf Blue and Orange color combination associated with the Ford GT.

The Bronco was completely disassembled so the new finish could extend beyond the easily visible exterior surfaces. Using the BASF Glasurit paint system, we carried the color scheme across the body, exterior components, interior details and chassis to create a cohesive vehicle rather than a surface-level color change.

Body and Paint

The complete paint and body scope included:

  • Full vehicle teardown and color change
  • Gulf Blue and Orange paint scheme
  • BASF Glasurit paint system
  • ADV +2-inch front fenders
  • ADV +2-inch rear quarter panels
  • ADV hood
  • Front grille
  • Mirror caps
  • Painted interior dash components
  • Full painted chassis

Suspension, Wheels and Tires

A coilover suspension system established the Bronco’s ride height and off-road stance. The suspension was paired with fifteen52 wheels and General Grabber X3 tires to provide the visual weight and capability needed to complement the wider ADV bodywork.

Front Protection and Lighting

The factory front bumper was replaced with an SVC Offroad front bumper equipped with KC HiLiTES auxiliary lighting. The bumper and lighting package were integrated into the overall paint and design scheme rather than treated as separate accessories.

Custom Saddle Leather Interior

Inside, the factory cabin was upgraded with a custom saddle leather interior. The warmer leather color creates a deliberate contrast with the Gulf Blue exterior, while painted dash components carry the exterior theme through the cabin.

One Vehicle, One Coordinated Build

The result is a Bronco in which the paint, bodywork, chassis, suspension, wheels, lighting and interior were planned as one complete vehicle.

Projects at this level require more than selecting parts. Fitment, disassembly, body preparation, paint, mechanical installation and final assembly must all be coordinated in the correct sequence.

SSV Texas handles that complete process in Georgetown—from the original concept through the finished vehicle.
