Ford Bronco · Complete Build
Color, capability and detail carried through the entire vehicle.
This four-door Bronco arrived with a factory soft top and became a complete
exterior, suspension, lighting and interior build. The goal was to create
a wider, more aggressive Bronco while carrying its distinctive green finish
through every major component and detail.
Widebody and Exterior
The factory body was upgraded with ADV +2-inch front fenders, rear quarter
panels and an ADV hood. The new bodywork was fitted, finished and painted
to match the Bronco’s original green.
DV8 Offroad front and rear bumpers were also painted to match, along with
the factory grille. A Full Turn Offroad hardtop replaced the soft top and
received a custom two-tone finish, combining a body-color upper section
with gloss-black vertical surfaces.
Accent-color details were repeated throughout the exterior, including the
recovery shackles, grille elements, two-tone mirror caps and paint-matched
beadlock rings. The result is a coordinated design in which even the
smaller components contribute to the overall vehicle.
Suspension, Wheels and Tires
King coilovers with remote reservoirs provide the suspension foundation
for the build. The Bronco rides on 37-inch Falken tires mounted to Fuel
wheels with paint-matched beadlock rings.
A billet panhard bar finished in King shock blue adds a final chassis detail
while visually tying the rear suspension into the King components. A
performance exhaust system completes the mechanical upgrades.
Lighting
The exterior lighting package includes AlphaRex halo headlights,
illuminated BRONCO lettering integrated into the grille and LED trail-sight
deletes.
Together, the lighting changes modernize the front of the vehicle and add
distinctive nighttime details without distracting from the bodywork and
paint.
Interior and Audio
The exterior color scheme continues into the cabin with a paint-matched
center console and custom-painted dashboard featuring a green-to-purple
fade.
Ambient LED lighting was installed throughout the roof, door cards,
dashboard and footwells. A custom stereo system completes the interior
transformation.
One Coordinated Build
Rather than treating the suspension, bodywork, paint, lighting and interior
as separate modifications, each part of this Bronco was planned around a
single visual direction.
The finished vehicle combines the capability and stance of a
37-inch-tire Bronco with custom bodywork, carefully repeated color details
and an interior designed to feel like part of the same build.
