SSV Texas

Ford Super Duty Performance & Customization

Capability, Performance and Complete Truck Builds

Ford Super Duty trucks are built to work, tow and carry—but capability
does not have to come at the expense of performance, appearance or
drivability.

SSV Texas provides compliant tuning, suspension systems, wheels and
tires, lighting, exterior equipment, bodywork, paint and complete
build coordination for F-250, F-350 and supported Super Duty
platforms.

Serving Central Texas—from Waco to San Marcos.

load rating, towing and wheel clearance.

Complete Super Duty Builds

Quoted by Scope

Performance, suspension, wheels, exterior equipment, lighting,
bodywork and paint coordinated as one project.

Calibration

Super Duty Performance Tuning

Improve drivability, throttle response, shift behavior and usable
performance with calibration selected for the truck’s engine,
equipment and intended workload.

Super Duty tuning starts at $600.

Supported applications may include:

  • Supported 6.7-liter Power Stroke applications
  • Supported gasoline-engine applications
  • Engine and transmission calibration
  • Tire-size and gearing corrections
  • Towing-oriented calibration
  • Performance-oriented calibration
  • Supported aftermarket combinations

Final pricing depends on the model year, engine, current
modifications, tuning platform and calibration requirements.
Tuning hardware, credits, licensing and required supporting parts
are additional when applicable.

All vehicles and combinations must be verified before tuning.
SSV Texas performs compliant performance work and will not disable
required emissions or safety systems.

Ride Height & Control

Super Duty Suspension and Lift Systems

Super Duty suspension changes must account for steering geometry,
axle location, towing, payload, wheel clearance and the truck’s
working requirements.

  • Leveling systems
  • Complete suspension lifts
  • Performance shocks and steering stabilizers
  • Coil spring and leaf-spring upgrades
  • Radius arms and suspension links
  • Track bars and geometry correction
  • Air-assist and load-support systems
  • Alignment coordination

We help select a package that provides the desired stance while
accounting for how the truck will tow, haul and drive.

Load-Rated Fitment

Super Duty Wheels and Tires

Wheel and tire packages are planned around suspension height, brake
clearance, body clearance, towing, payload and appropriate load
ratings.

  • Street and all-terrain wheel packages
  • Off-road wheel and tire combinations
  • Single-rear-wheel fitments
  • Supported dual-rear-wheel fitments
  • Load-rated wheel and tire selection
  • Offset and body-clearance planning
  • Brake and suspension clearance
  • Tire-size calibration when supported

Tire capacity and wheel rating must be appropriate for the truck’s
configuration and intended use. Appearance alone does not determine
the correct fitment.

Supporting Systems

Brakes, Cooling and Driveline Upgrades

Added power, larger tires, heavier equipment and increased workload
can change how a Super Duty accelerates, stops and controls heat.

  • Performance brake components
  • Pads, rotors and brake fluid
  • Cooling-system improvements
  • Transmission and driveline upgrades
  • Differential and gearing recommendations
  • Steering and suspension reinforcement
  • Traction and chassis components

Recommendations are based on the complete truck, its power level and
how it will be used.

Sound & Airflow

Super Duty Intake and Exhaust Upgrades

Supported intake and exhaust components can improve sound, airflow
and the overall driving experience when correctly matched to the
vehicle.

  • Compliant intake systems
  • Compliant exhaust systems
  • Cat-back exhaust installation
  • Gas-engine exhaust upgrades
  • Exhaust fitment correction
  • Supporting calibration when required
Product availability depends on the vehicle, model year
and applicable regulations.

Work & Protection

Bumpers and Exterior Equipment

Exterior equipment can improve protection, recovery capability,
utility and appearance when properly integrated with the truck.

  • Front and rear bumpers
  • Grille guards and body protection
  • Winches and recovery equipment
  • Side steps and power running boards
  • Bed covers and cargo equipment
  • Fender flares and exterior trim
  • Hoods, grilles and appearance components
  • Accessory installation and fitment correction

Added weight, sensor compatibility, cooling airflow and suspension
requirements are considered during planning.

Visibility & Electrical

Super Duty Lighting and Electrical Accessories

Lighting and electrical accessories are installed with attention
to mounting, wiring, circuit protection and long-term
serviceability.

  • Driving and fog lights
  • Bumper-mounted lighting
  • Work and scene lighting
  • Bed and cargo lighting
  • Switch and control systems
  • Accessory power distribution
  • Air compressors and related equipment

Lighting is configured for its intended use and applicable on-road
restrictions.

Customer-Supplied Parts

Customer-supplied parts are accepted following fitment and
suitability review.

SSV Texas does not provide a warranty for customer-supplied parts,
missing hardware, manufacturing defects, incorrect fitment or
failures caused by those components.

Booking and Deposits

Most projects require a 50% deposit to reserve
installation time and order components.

Payment schedules for larger or multi-stage builds are determined
by project scope.
